a nice experience
high standard comfy bed wide choice peaceful place
the room met a very high standard and the bed felt very comfy. the view from the balcony showed mountains in the background. the breakfast included a wide choice of foods. the hotel is a very peaceful place, it has a nice walk around the lake.
i found the furniture showing some wear, indicating that it may not be fully renovated yet.

The double room balcony had comfortable beds, and the balcony offered superb views. the room included modern amenities and a well kept bathroom. i really liked the quiet atmosphere. It ensured restful nights.

cosy atmosphere delicious breakfast wonderful location missing air conditioning limited tv channels weak wifi
The common area was great. it had a fireplace, a library, and games, which i really enjoyed, it was very cosy! the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Everything seemed fresh. the location is wonderful, easy access to hiking trails and lovely views.
My room did not have air conditioning, so it got a little warm during the day, it would be nice to have that option. the tv had limited channels, mostly in german, so that was a bit of a letdown. the wifi signal in the gym was weak. I couldn't connect to stream music during my workout.

i stayed in the double room balcony for three nights the room included a small seating area and a private balcony. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes the hotel also provided complimentary access to the on-site spa with a sauna and steam room.
the tv in my room had limited channels.

wonderful stay
fine views spacious room wide variety
the location offers fine lake views. our double room balcony was spacious and well-equipped.. i found the bed very comfortable. breakfast offered a wide variety of food. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
i noticed some of the furniture in the room had a few stains.

the hotel staff provided excellent service. the reception was very helpful with directions and local tips. the dining staff promptly addressed every request, especially dietary needs. the room service was also efficient.

super friendly staff excellent food iron absence laundry service
the food was excellent and staff was super friendly. the hotel is a bit out of town and although they have a bus pass you must walk down the hill to catch the bus and return back to the hotel. so its not very convenient.
they dont have kettle. they dont have iron and dont have laundry service. drinking water you will get for the first night only.
